Stay On Track: A Quick Reminder About Registration Fees

At the beginning of the season, we introduced a 12-month payment structure for registrations for two main reasons:

  1. To help spread the cost across the year, making monthly payments smaller and more manageable.
  2. To reduce the administrative workload and overheads for the club and its volunteers.

As we approach the end of the season, we’d like to remind all parents and players about the registration fee arrangements:

  • If your child is staying with the club next season, please continue with your current monthly payments - there’s no need to make any changes.
  • If your child is leaving the club, payments must continue until and including August 2025.

If a payment is cancelled before August, we will get in touch to request that the payments be reinstated to complete the registration fees.

If payments are not resumed, we will assume the player has left the club and will be removed from the club with a debt assigned to them. This debt will need to be cleared before:

  • Any transfer requests to another club can be supported.
  • Re-joining or re-signing with the club in the future.

Please remember - these fees help cover the club's essential running costs, and it's vital that payments are made as agreed.
