In the second round of the Wheatley Cup Gomersal & Cleckheaton travelled to Tingley Athletic.
With rain all week the pitch was boggy and easily cut up once the game was under way. Gomersal relished the pitch and weather conditions with a faultless display against the Tingley side.
Gomersal ran out 0-10 winners, with goals coming from the following players as we eased into the next round:
